Join us for a fun-filled week at Ngatuhoa Lodge (or other local camps), nestled in the native forest of the Kaimai Ranges in Tauranga. We have a huge range of activities for 6 - 16 year olds!!

Hike for 5 days, learning navigation and survival whilst staying in huts or camping out in the wilderness! A basic level of fitness is required. Minimum age is 13 Years. Minimum group numbers apply.

Staff/Supervision:
Experienced, dedicated and friendly staff will ensure a fun, safe and successful adventure programme. All camp coordinators are fully qualified outdoor instructors. The safety and well-being of your child is paramount. We facilitate any water-based activities at a ratio of 1 adult:4 children, and any land-based high risk activities at a ratio of 1 adult:5 children (eg. abseiling).
We are proud to have been running holiday programmes for over 5 years and find that over 50% of campers are returnees.

Transport Information:

Residential 5 Day Camp: Campers will be collected from Otumoetai Intermediate at 8.00am on Day 1 of camp and returned on Day 5 at 4.00pm.
Overnight Trips: Campers will be collected from Otumoetai Intermediate at 8.00am and returned 8.00am the next day.
Hiking Trips: Campers will be collected from Otumoetai Intermediate at 8.00am on Day 1 of camp and returned on Day 5 at 4.00pm.
Surfing Trips: Campers will be collected from Otumoetai Intermediate at 8.00am on Day 1 of camp and returned on Day 5 at 4.00pm.

Costs:
Includes all activities, transport from Tauranga, accommodation & food.
PLUS - We support your school by donating $5 from each camp fee when you list your school on your camp registration form!
5 Day Residential Camp: $385.00 per camper + $15.00 Learn to Surf Day
Overnight Trips: $100.00 per 24 hours
Hike & Surf Trips: from $360.00 - trip costs vary, please contact us for prices

• A $50 (non-refundable) deposit is required to secure your place, and full payment required at least 7 days prior to commencement of camp
• A full refund (less the $50 deposit) will be available for cancellations made 7 days prior to a camp or trip. No refund will be available after this time.
• Camps may be cancelled 7 days prior if minimum camper numbers are not met. Any deposits will be refunded or transferred to an alternative camp.
• $20 discount for returnee campers
• Transport available from Hamilton or Auckland for 5 day camps, hike and surf trips: cost dependent on numbers.

Once we have received your registration form and deposit, we will forward a gear list, map & full trip details.
